2023 New Year’s Call

As one of the traditions among uniformed personnel, the Balamban Municipal Jail made its annual New Year’s Call to Balamban Municipal Mayor Hon. Ace Stefan V. Binghay this morning, January 23.

JCINSP MOISES G SURALTA expressed his sincere gratitude to the Local Government Unit’s (LGU’s) unwavering assistance in implementing the jail programs and services, especially in upholding and developing the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) program.
