Padayun ang labing unang Hatud Pangalagad sa tuig 2023 sa Barangay Cabagdalan
Bisan pa man sa hagit sa panahon tungod sa nasinati nga Low Pressure Area (LPA), nagpadayun ang pangalagad sa mga kawani sa lokal nga pang gobyerno sa Balamban kauban ang mga National Agencies ngadtu sa Barangay Cabagdalan, bukirang bahin sa Balamban.
Mao kini ang mga libreng serbisyo nga gihatud sa LGU-Balamban kauban ang PNP, BFP, BJMP, Army, PhilSys (National ID) sa atong mga kaigsuonan sa brgy. Cabagdalan.
Kauban sab sa LGU sa pangpangalagad si Dr. Marie Therese Angele Binghay alang sa libreng ibot sa ngipon.
