The LGU Balamban would like to express our gratitude to the Rotary Club Gloria Maris of Cebu. To the doctors , volunteers, staff and to Mrs. Gay Marie Mercado Tui president of the Rotary Club Gloria Maris of Cebu for providing us free health and nutrition services to those malnourished children ages 2 years old to 6 years old and to the malnourished pregnant mothers.
The following services were provided:
1. Dental Services
2. Medical Check up
3. Nutrition Counseling
4. Supplemental Feeding
The right nutrition for pregnant mothers and children will widely influence the child’s survival to grow, learn and rise out of poverty. At such, it contributed to society’s long term health, stability and prosperity.
