MAY THE ALMIGHTY GOD REST COUNCILOR EMMANUEL JO’S SOUL IN ETERNAL PEACE

The Municipal Government of Balamban expresses its deepest sympathy to the bereaved family of the late Hon. Emmanuel Borgonia Jo, Balamban SB Member.

His contribution and unwavering commitment to the people’s welfare in his work as a public servant will long be remembered by the people of Balamban.

The passing of Hon. Emmanuel “Emman” Jo is a loss to the entire community especially to the people whose lives were touched by his kindness, generosity and humility.

Our prayers go to his family and loved one.

His wake is rested at Casa Matea, Sto. Niño, Balamban, Cebu.

Mass is every 8 pm on March 3-10, 2023

Internment is scheduled on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Mass will be at 9:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi, Parish then follow at Trinity Forest Memorial Park, Sta. Cruz-Sto. Niño, Balamban, Cebu
