P80M Road in Barangay Lamesa Opened to Public

BALAMBAN – Another newly finished road project here funded by the Provincial Government was inaugurated by Gov. Gwen Garcia on Monday, Oct. 2.

The newly concreted Poblacion-Lamesa Road Section (Phase III), a project worth P80.93 million spanning 4.45 kilometers, gives local residents and motorists here better mobility in and out of Brgy. Lamesa.

Brgy. Lamesa is located in the hilly parts of Balamban, a few kilometers away from the town’s main highway.

With the improved road that boasts of cement thickness of 9 inches and width of 6.1 meters, residents now have better accessibility to the city center.

The road project was finished within 264 days by Quirante Construction.

Gov. Gwen was joined by Board Member John Ismael Borgonia, Vice Mayor Alfie Binghay, and the rest of the municipal council.
