#Samar; #Leyte; #Biliran; and nearby areas
within 2 to 3 hours.
The above conditions are being experienced in
#Eastern Samar; #Southern Leyte; #Cebu; #Siquijor; #Negros Oriental; which may persist within
2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
The public and the disaster risk reduction and management council concerned are advised to monitor the weather condition and watch for the next advisory to be issued 2:00 PM.
