Moderate to heavy (5.5-7.5 liters/meter² per hour) rainshowers with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are expected over #Cebu(Compostela, Toledo City, Balamban, Asturias, Naga City, Minglanilla, Talisay City, Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Cordova, Liloan, Consolacion) and nearby areas within 1 to 2 hours.
All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
